For "In Stock" products, it typically takes 1-2 business days for our warehouse to prepare for the shipping after the order is placed. The tracking information can take extra time to be updated after the tracking number is created.
The final delivery time can be vary depends on your local carrier.
Return & Refund Policy
Everglide strives to provide quality-assured and good performance products. If you are caught in some problems when using our products, please contact our support staff for help.
If you want to exchange or return your items(excluding altered or modified items, used products), we can accept the return & exchange them within 7 days from the date you received your order.

Keep the items under the original condition and submit your requirement accordingly to the procedure listed below. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and custom tax for returning your item. Meanwhile, the previous shipping costs of your order are non-refundable.
